  Dr. Miles Ingwers has served as the Chief Science Officer, at Green Flow Corporation since 2023. Dr. Ingwers has over 10 years of business leadership in the Life Science and Agricultural Technology sector and has served as a business leader at four start-up firms. His prior work has focused on crop protection, bio stimulants, and nutrition. As Chief Science Officer, Dr. Ingwers oversees product development and testing. His responsibilities include product testing, domestic and international field trials, and the development of new products and intellectual property. His academic credentials include a B.S., in Genetics and Plant Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, a Ph.D., with an emphasis in Plant Ecophysiology from the University of Georgia, and post doctorate, in Plant Genetic Improvement, from the University of Georgia. Dr. Ingwers has numerous research articles in top academic journals and international patents.

Av Singh , PhD, PAg is one of Canada’s leading authorities on organic agriculture. Dr. Singh has authored over 200 peer-reviewed papers, chapters, and extension articles and has been an invited speaker to over 500 workshops, conferences, and symposia as well as guest-lecturing at over 30 universities in Canada, the US, the UK, and India. Emphasizing a union of traditional knowledge with science, Av works with growers to cultivate an appreciation of plant:soil interrelationships.

I hold a dual Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree from Trent University in Sustainable Agriculture & Food Systems and Environmental & Resource Sciences, with a Specialization in Small-Scale Farming. With both academic and hands-on experience in sustainable agriculture, I am passionate about helping growers improve soil health, crop resilience, profitability, and overall farm performance.
